the reception staff showed really good kindness, even receiving an amazon parcel for me. rooms were large and impeccably clean.. the hotel's proximity to the train station simplifies travel arrangements. i found breakfast to be really good, with a wide variety of choices that were regularly replenished.

i experienced noise from other guests at late hours, especially around 2am to 5am. the disturbance caused sleep disruption . it seems i was on the 5th floor, where such issues might be more frequent.

I booked a larger double room king bed and got a fantastic corner room!!! the view of the v&a and discovery was beautiful. the room was super clean and very roomy. It felt luxurious. it was worth it!!!

I did notice the lack of information in the room. Details on breakfast times, wi-fi, and local amenities were missing. i had to ask reception for these details, a slight inconvenience.

The location was AMAZING! it's so central, i could walk everywhere i needed to go. my room was super clean and modern too! i really appreciated the friendly and helpful staff. They always had a smile. the breakfast buffet was great, with a wide selection of items and convenient weekend hours!

the only tiny issue was that i noticed there weren't many shelves in the room. it was a bit of a squeeze to find space for all my stuff.
